All teachers should recognise an evaluation at the end of each session highlighting bearing and weaknesses and areas for development for future sessions. They should also ask students to assess the session(s) verbally or otherwise although students achievem ents should give a good indication of how effective the teaching is. All feedback should be incorporated into the following sessions however, changes should be made only when if they benefit the majority of students and if they are in line with the awarding body or the institutes policy.
